After finding new Dachshund connections
in the West Michigan area, I came across a friend with a litter of puppies. One of them captured my heart immediately, and Shyla Violet (Violet) was an instant addition to the group.

She is really my baby, and such a sweetheart! I plan to breed her to Merlyn in the future to produce some wonderful blue babies!

Violet is a smooth blue and tan dapple mini dachshund. Her nickname is "Princess." She was born April 01, 2006 and is AKC registered. She has gold eyes. She currently weighs about 9 pounds.
